So, how does baby equipment hire work?
If you’re flying on Thursday 3rd June for example you would book your hire to start Wednesday 2nd June, the item will be delivered on or before 2nd June by our courier DPD (they’ll give you a 1 hour timeslot on the day of delivery).

If you then return from holiday on Monday 18th June then choose Tuesday 19th June as the last day of your hire. If you’ve booked a large item, our courier will collect from you on your return date (they give an approx. window for collection although they can come anytime between 0800-1800 so please be prepared to be home all day!). If you don’t want to stay home and wait for the collection we can provide prepaid labels for you to return to ANY UK Post Office/Evri.
If you’d rather us send you prepaid labels just drop us an email to request this 48 hours before your scheduled collection.
If you’ve hired one of our smaller items we’ll send you a QR code by email, show this to any Evri return shop and you can just hand the item over to return. There are thousands of Evri drops in every corner of the UK! Click below to see you closest!

Can I have an item delivered to one location and collected from another? Absolutely! Just request this in the note section on your order!
As the Babyzen Yo-yo is designed to go into the overhead locker onboard the aircraft it never leaves your side! If the item were to get lost/stolen it would be covered under your own travel insurance as if the item was owned by you. We expect scratches/bumps from regular use (and the odd suncream/lolly stain with a few grains of sand on return)! All other items that go into the hold come with the option of a hold bag to protect them.
Yes we do, UK wide! The delivery cost INCLUDES the prepaid return also! Our courier delivers to your door providing a 1 hour timeslot. We will collect the items from you on your return date (if it’s a large item). For smaller items (plane pals etc) we’ll provide you with a returns QR code for you to drop at one of the 7000+ Evri shops on the agreed return date (no label needed). We can also arrange delivery/collection via Uber if this is more convenient.
We have EVERY item professionally steam cleaned & sanitised after EVERY hire so our items are guarnteed to arrive with you in immaculate condition!
If you need to cancel your order due to unforseen circumstances (such as covid) you can move your booking within the next 365 days (subject to availability).
Day 1 of the hire is the day your item is delivered so for example Monday 1st April. If you booked a 10 day hire the collection date would be Wednesday 10th April.
We aren’t able to offer delivery or collection of a weekend as our courier unfortunately doesn’t operate so if you were flying on Sunday 10th October you would need to book delivery for FrI day 8th October. The same would apply for collections, if your flight returns on Saturday 9th October you would need to book collection for Monday 11th October. Please note we also do not operate on bank holidays (unless you’re collecting then we can accommodate)!
0900 the previous WORKING day. Our next day deliveries operate Monday to Friday but we can operate bespoke weekend and same day deliveries upon request!
Absolutely! We offer next day delivery to mainland UK. If you’re planning to stay (or are already in London) we can even Uber items to you the same day! We work with all the London Hotels Concierge services. You can have your items delivered before you arrive and leave it with the concierge for collection after your stay! It’s SO easy!
If you’re staying at an AirBNB we also offer to liaise with your host to ensure the requested items are there for your arrival!
