So, How Does Baby Equipment Hire Work?
If you're flying on Thursday 3rd June for example you would book your hire to start Wednesday 2nd June, the item will be delivered on or before 2nd June by our courier (they'll usually give you a 1 hour timeslot on the day of delivery). We aim to send things early to circumvent any delays, we'll send you tracking and you can delay the item to a day of your choosing should you wish. Remember to keep the packaging to return your item!

If you return from holiday on Monday 18th June then choose Tuesday 19th June as the last day of your hire. If you've hired a bulky item, our courier will collect the item from you on your return date (they give an approx. window for collection although they can come anytime between 0800-1800 so please be prepared to be home all day!). We will automatically book this in for you and you'll have received a delivery card advising of this with your order.
If you have a standard item, like a travel stroller or a flight aid you can drop at your convenience on the last day of hire to any local DPD shop just book your return via our returns portal (Link below). If your item is oversized then please refer to the delivery card instructions:

If you’re local you can collect from our main base Junction 4 of the M25. Our postcode is BR6 7EA.
We can also arrange delivery/collection via Uber if this is more convenient.

Yes, if you misplace the packaging you must replace it for it's return to us.
Yes if you have selected a delivery method ie. Not uber or self collection.
Yes but unfortunately we can't offer refunds once an order has been placed. We can on occasion offer credit that's valid for 365 days.
We are a small business and incur significant charges by our payment provider for each transaction. It also takes us time to adjust stock levels manually and cancel\amend orders.

Our cabin friendly strollers are designed to go into the overhead locker onboard the aircraft it never leaves your side! If the item were to get lost/stolen it would be covered under your own travel insurance as if the item was owned by you. If the item was checked into the hold and lost/damaged the airline would compensate you as if the item were owned by you.
We expect scratches/bumps from regular use (and the odd sun cream/lolly stain with a few grains of sand on return)! All other items that go into the hold come with the option of a hold bag to help protect them.
We want you to love our service and take the stress out of travelling, we only stock high end equipment that's built to last many trips! Of our thousands of hires less than 1% are damaged when out on hire.
1000 the previous WORKING day. Our dispatch operates Monday to Friday but we can operate bespoke weekend and same day deliveries upon request!
If you place an order Friday before 1000 it will arrive the following Monday. If you place the order after 1000 on the Friday it would then arrive on the Tuesday.
As mentioned we do not as standard offer weekend deliveries but we can quote you for this as an additional service if required. Please reach out to us to discuss.
A great option if you're staying at an airbnb and won't be present for delivery is to have your items delivered to a local pickup point (there are thousands all across the UK). Pop your postcode in below to see the closest.
Items like BabyJogger strollers or the Stardust travel cot. You'll receive a delivery note with your item advising how to return your item.

We have EVERY item professionally deep cleaned (removal of all fabrics) & steam cleaned then sanitised by the latest UV sterilising process after EVERY hire so our items are guaranteed to arrive with you in immaculately clean condition!
Absolutely! We offer next day delivery to mainland UK. If you’re planning to stay (or are already in London) we can even Uber items to you the same day! We work with all the London Hotels Concierge services. You can have your items delivered before you arrive and leave it with the concierge for collection after your stay! It’s SO easy!
If you’re staying at an AirBNB we also offer to liaise with your host to ensure the requested items are there for your arrival! And we have thousands of shops you can collect\drop items to at your convenience. The locations are listed here:

We can deliver to one location and you can return from another (anywhere in the UK) if you plan to travel around.
We aren’t able to offer delivery or collection of a weekend as standard as our regular courier unfortunately doesn’t operate so if you were flying on Sunday 10th October you would need to book delivery for Friday 8th October. The same would apply for your return, if your flight returns on Saturday 9th October you would need to book return for Monday 11th October. Please note we also do not operate on bank holidays (unless you’re collecting then we can accommodate)! We can possibly offer Saturday deliveries with another courier, contact us for a quote.
